Job Description
The Corporate Tax Advisor is responsible for providing comprehensive corporate tax services, including planning, consulting, compliance, and implementation, for a diverse client base. This role involves tax research, strategy development, and ensuring compliance with corporate tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic tax advice to maximize savings and minimize risks.
- Assist in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and related documents.
- Monitor and analyze tax laws and regulatory changes, ensuring clients’ compliance.
- Conduct tax research and develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Represent clients in tax dispute resolution proceedings and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate tax advisory.
- Proven track record in developing and executing tax strategies to optimize tax benefits.
- Experience representing clients in tax disputes and audits.
- Understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant
